Life Groups

“For where two or three gather in my name, there am I with them.” Matthew 8:10

A Life Group is a smaller community of people gathering regularly and spontaneously for the purpose of growing, encouraging and serving.

God didn’t design us for obscurity and loneliness. We invite you to experience life together with a life group in your neighborhood. Life Groups Bible studies are designed to help you to connect and grow. We believe that if we do life together, we can propel one another to greater spiritual depths not possible in isolation.

Empowered Women exists to encourage women to seek passionately their God given purpose. Love them right where they are and share biblical truths that will set them free, strengthen them and purpose them. All ladies, young or old, Coastal Community church member or not, are welcome to join in any of the activities. Hope to see you there.

Revelation: Hope in the Darkness

This fourteen-week study in the Gospel-Centered Life in the Bible series provides in-depth lessons for one-on-one discipleship, small, or large Christian group settings. In this guide, author Scotty Smith give us a unique perspective on the end times that maps onto modern-day issues and problems. There is a battle raging against Jesus and his people, but be assured: Jesus wins. Though the world's kingdoms entice and persecute us, the gospel still advances. The Lamb is on the throne, and he alone is worthy of our worship. We can anticipate with great joy the final victory of Jesus and the wedding of the Lamb. Our destiny is renewal and new life, rejoicing with our Savior Jesus Christ in the New Jerusalem.

Every Thursday at 6:30 to 7:30 PM at the Katrina and Harry’s

Pray first

How do you approach prayer? Do you worry you are not doing it “correctly”? Do you see it as an obligation to check off a to-do list? Do you think of it as a last resort—a kind of supernatural SOS when you need help? In this Pray First Bible study, Pastor Chris Hodges shares proven ways to help you spend time in conversation with God—and enjoy every minute of it. You will gain tools to bring joy back into your time with God, explore prayers in the Bible, learn about fasting (an often overlooked discipline), and discover biblically grounded methods for making prayer a priority and not an afterthought.

Sundays , 9:15-10:00 AM in the Coastal House.

Seekers' Life Group

We are a group of people who are seeking a closer relationship with God. In our current series, we are studying the genealogy of Jesus using the book, The Essential Guide to the Genealogy of Jesus.

From Adam and Abraham to King David and King Solomon, this book gives you a fantastic overview of the key people in the ancestry of Jesus with charts, diagrams, and summaries. Glancing at the dozens of names listed in the genealogy of Christ can be overwhelming. You may wonder: Where do I begin?
