Life Groups
“For where two or three gather in my name, there am I with them.” Matthew 8:10
A Life Group is a smaller community of people gathering regularly and spontaneously for the purpose of growing, encouraging and serving.
God didn’t design us for obscurity and loneliness. We invite you to experience life together with a life group in your neighborhood. Life Groups Bible studies are designed to help you to connect and grow. We believe that if we do life together, we can propel one another to greater spiritual depths not possible in isolation.

AWE OF GOD
Is the desire of your heart to be close to God?
Do you long for an intimate relationship with your Creator but He seems elusive? Perhaps it's because something essential is missing in your life—the fear of the Lord. Don't let this frighten you. Fearing God is very different than being afraid of God. It's the key to everything. Holy Fear is not a topic you'll hear much about these days, but if you want to build a faith that stands strong through troubled times, you cannot afford to ignore it

How to study the bible
We live in a world of instant information. Everything and anything can be learned in an afternoon on Google. Any topic or question can be answered immediately. Except when we run across a confusing piece of scripture or we are wrestling with deep theological questions, Google won’t cut it. In this Life Group we are going to learn how to effectively and intentionally study our Bibles for a deeper relationship with God. (The Theology of Spiritual Gifts) This fall we are studying the Biblical origins and creation of Spiritual gifts, the purpose of these gifts for the church, and how to discern and use our own gifts and talents.
Every Monday 630pm-730pm in the Coastal House

Lies Young Women Believe: And the Truth that Sets Them Free
The Truth may not change your circumstances, but it will change you.
In the book, Lies Young Women Believe, Nancy and Dannah reveal ways you might be deceived. They identify 25 of the most common lies young women believe, and boldly point you to the Truth. But knowing the Truth isn’t enough. You have to live the Truth.
The Lies Young Women Believe Study Guide is a nine-week journey toward freedom. Nancy, Dannah, and Erin will walk with you as you set out to discover the Truth and experience its power in your life.
REALIZE— You’ll review Lies Young Women Believe, take fun quizzes, and dig into God’s Word to better understand the root of the lies you’ve been believing as well as the Truth that will set you free.
RESPOND—Get the Truth from your head into your heart through prayer, journaling, and more.
ACT—Go from learning to applying. Each week, you’ll have an action step designed to help you leave the lies behind and walk in the Truth!
You can be set free. Let’s get started!

Wednesday night life group
Join us this fall for our Wednesday night Life Group gatherings at the Coastal House! We meet every week at 6:30 PM, where we dive into engaging topical studies together. This semester, we're excited to explore How (Not) to Save the World, and we'd love for you to be a part of it.
How (Not) to Save the World:
When it comes to talking about Jesus with our family members, friends, classmates, and coworkers, many of us aren't sure how to go about doing it. We don't want to come off as awkward, pushy, or weird. We wonder if we have the right answers or if we'll say the wrong thing. As a result, we sometimes give up on sharing about Jesus altogether.
Every Wednesday 630pm-8pm in The Coastal House
